Now what

The story changed so much that I found myself going "huh?" a lot during the last 15 k. The complexity of the story startled me. When/if I go back and edit it I believe it will take a re-write. Maybe, I dunno. I am happy with the story, though I think I should go back and focus on before the boom.

Now that THAT is out of the way.... **eyes story queue**

Ok so It is thanksgiving. I'm thankful I got that nano out of the way :P.

I have many stories to choose from. Many characters I love to write about and many who want me to love them.

Honestly though, I don't think I'll pick anything up seriously until Jan.

RL and all that.

So anyways.

And some actually. I realized I 'finished' the story about 15k prior to hitting the words. Since the planned 'end' introduces another character I sorta followed her story which would be book two (because I can't just write a standalone) or else the book would be split into three sections, one per couple/clan... Something like that. The original story, the romance between Tagis and Dana, takes place mostly on the island that went boom. When I go back and edit I'll have a lot of filler scenes to explain why they are so chummy by the time they get to the Forbidden Island. It has turned into a very complex story. :P

I have sit down and figure out how the story is going to be formed and what scene needs to go where. What I have feels like a very detailed outline.

At first I didn't but on sleeping on it I figured it out. :P My next project will be the UF idea. I've got plans for it. I think I will take Dec and toss together an outline and get to working on it in Jan. I'm not sure. I think I need a bit more practice and a bit more refining my skill before I can tackle Bastard Prince again.

I should add; I'm going to be scribbling ideas for the UF down today when I get to the in-laws.
