**dusts off the writing lj**

Been a while since I was in here. I apologize for neglecting this place.

Writing is often a grueling journey. It is a hobby that demands you spill your guts out on paper then sift through it and determine what to keep and what to get rid of.

It is not easy. Emotionally or physically. Often the more excited you get about a story, the more life stacks up to block you from getting it onto paper. The journey to share ones story is difficult and often frustrating.

Sometimes we can get so overwhelmed with the amount of sheer work that is necissary that we shut down, put down our pens, store out WIP's and focus completely on real life. Sometimes to be able to move forward in the writing process we must take a step back, regroup, sometimes re-shelve and just be.

That is sorta what happened to me. RL, writing life and my own insecurities. I needed time and space.

I like to think that I got it.

So, my darlings, how the hell are you?


NaNo; yes I am doing NaNo but not the way most people will be doing it. I've started already. I plan on adding 50k in Nov to the MS and hopefully wrap the story up in late Dec.

Nov already???

This year has brought many changes to my life. Good changes, bad changes (there is more of me than I really want there to be if you get my meaning).
